Hi there

1. What is the difference between Club Level and the other memberships offered (Red, Silver, Season Ticket, Gold and Platinum)
I think club level is Platinum, and is a glorified season ticket, you seat in the Club level area, the area situated between the lower tier and the executive boxes. To find information about all the other memberships: http://alwaysaheadofthegame.com/.

2. What blocks are allocated for each membership?
Apart from the Club Level which has a designated seating area, all the others are all over the place.

3. Can certain blocks be requested (even it takes ages to get)?
What do you mean? When you buy tickets you can choose where you sit, if you start early enough so that there are enough seats left everywhere. The new ticketing system is actually fabulous, you can now even choose the exact seat where you will be sitting in!

4. Is the ticket exchange offered by Arsenal actually works (would not be available for most of the games)?
Yes it works, but it is a grey area when it comes to the time it is activated. I guess you have to keep monitoring a particular game every day, and hope to be lucky so that you find out about when the tickets are on the exchange when you look. However, I have seen today that the ticket exchange now seems to be integrated with the rest of the available tickets when you look for availability. So let's hope this is the way forward!

Hope I answered all your questions!

Hi Admin,
Seems like you have a wealth of information that thankfully you may offer.
I have a few questions:
1. What is the difference between Club Level and the other memberships offered (Red, Silver, Season Ticket, Gold and Platinum)
2. What blocks are allocated for each membership?
3. Can certain blocks be requested (even it takes ages to get)?
4. Is the ticket exchange offered by Arsenal actually works (would not be available for most of the games)?

I think that's enough for now. Thanks

I'm afraid, unless you find a Man City fan who has a ticket in the main bit and want to swap with you, you are screwed.
Or go and ask at the box office, but they may confiscate the tickets from you...
This is tricky but good luck anyway!

Hi there
I guess they are 20 rows apart in high and about 20 seats length wise, so quite far... However there always empty seats in the stadium. Just find your self 4 seats together, wit about 30 minutes to make nobody will seat in them and make your move and sit together!

Enjoy the game!

hi Jean-Luc,

can you please enlighten me. I got 4 tickets for Arsenal vs Man City this weekend, which i thought were next to each other but it's materialised to be 2 pairs.

Are you able to advise if these are far from each other.....114 Upper Tier, Row 3, Seat 642 and 643 and 115 Upper Tier, Row 23, Seat 668 and 669.

regards

If you're too high, the players may seem a bit like ants :)
There are not really bad seats at the Emirates, there is nothing in the way, and you always have a good view of the stadium.
Enjoy the game !

Hello
I am from New Zealand and i will be going to the wigan game on the 16th of April. I have got 4 tickets in the upper tier, block 113 (east stand) row 28 and seats 608-611. Apart from being high up (not that is a bad thing, is it?), are these seats good?
Thanks

Hi there
Any seat at the Emirates is a good seat as unlike the old stadium there are no pillars in the way, so the view is great.
You may be a bit high in row 21, but as I explained to the previous guy who asked a question, there are often plenty of empty seats in the stadium. Just wait for the second half to make sure nobody will turn up and seat in those empty seats anywhere in the ground.
Good luck !

Hi there
Thanks for your message and the nice comments!
Firstly, generally the away fans are okay, you can hear they sing and they will make gestures but that's pretty much it. Wigan fans are quite a nice bunch :)
Funny that you come from the States, as I have lent my ticket this weekend to a guy from work who is coming from Florida this week !
As for standing up and taking pictures... well... Standing up is generally not permitted unless you are in Block 5 (Red section) where it is allowed, and taking pictures after kick off is generally forbidden, but I seem to get away with it as long as there are no stewards around. Basically if you are going to take photos always watch out for the guys in orange :)
If you are not happy with your seat, you may be able to move around as there are often empty seats. Just wait for the second half to be sure nobody is going to turn up.
Voilà ! Enjoy !
